Have you ever been in a pinch and just wanted a simply dressing for your own meal or even for guests? This ranch dressing is the perfect solution! It is simple, with four ingredients, fast, since all you need to do is mix the ingredients together, and delicious!
All you need for this recipe is vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, an Italian seasoning mix, and lemon juice. Then, all you do is mix it together.
This recipe starts with a 1/4 cup of vegan mayo, making it super easy to scale up. I find that the base amount is perfect for me as an individual. It's just enough that I can add to my vegetables as I snack throughout the week. It keeps well in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 days. If I need more, though, it is simple to double, triple or otherwise scale up. I also love to add siracha to the dressing if I am feeling something spicier!
