The Ginger and Orange Mimosa Mocktail and Cocktail
This fabulous mimosa is cheaper to make than a champagne Mimosa and can be made by the glass, unlike a champagne Mimosa. You can use premade orange juice or freshly squeezed or a combo of both. It’s light, and refreshing with just a touch of ginger taste!

We love Mimosas, it's the best part of a wedding shower...ha!ha! don't tell the bride to be. The champagne mimosa is also plant-centric using at least one-third orange juice but does require opening a whole bottle of bubbly. We wanted a way to make this fabulous drink by the glass and frankly, more budget-friendly. The solution was using Ginger Ale as the champagne, keeping the orange juice and adding a touch of ginger to make it PlantTastic!
